Returns and Exchanges

Our policy is simple – we want you to LOVE what you have ordered!

Refunds are given provided the item is in its original sealed, undamaged packaging, unworn, unused and with all tags and parts intact. Return delivery and postage costs of exchanged items are the customer's responsibility.

We are unable to accept returns on sale items, custom orders, and seasonal items.

You will need our Return Authorization before we can process your return. Please e-mail us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it for a Return Authorization within 7 days of receiving your order. You must include your name, product name, reason for return; and request for replacement, exchange, credit, or refund.

Once we reply with authorization, you may return the product. We must receive the return within 14 days of the purchase date. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit.
