Within Australia:

$10 flat rate

Orders over $150 are eligible for FREE SHIPPING (only available on orders shipped within Australia; this offer excludes furniture and bedding).

Please allow 2 to 5 business days for delivery.

Orders will be shipped via Australia Post or Fastway. (Note: All furniture shipments will be arranged with a courier and a freight amount charged specific to that order).

Orders will be shipped the same business day if ordered prior to 4pm. Otherwise, the order will ship the following business day (unless the item is temporarily out of stock). If there are any delays due to stocking reasons, Pure Innocence will notify you and you have the option of changing or cancelling your order.

International Delivery via Australia Post Air Mail:

New Zealand - $15

Asia/Pacific - $20

United States/Canada - $25

Rest of the World - $28

Should your order be unusually heavy or bulky, then we will contact you regarding any extra postage costs prior to sending your order.

You may choose to insure your goods for an extra $10.00. Australia Post would then insure the goods to the value of $200, including postage. Please note that if you do not insure your goods, the risk of loss/damage passes to you upon our delivery to Australia Post.  However, if your goods are shipped via Fastway, they are automatically insured up to $1500.
