Orders will be shipped via Australia Post. (Note: All furniture shipments will be arranged with a courier and a freight amount charged specific to that order).
Orders will be shipped the same business day if ordered prior to 4pm. Otherwise, the order will ship the following business day (unless the item is temporarily out of stock). If there are any delays due to stocking reasons, Pure Innocence will notify you and you have the option of changing or cancelling your order.

Should your order be unusually heavy or bulky, then we will contact you regarding any extra postage costs prior to sending your order.
You may choose to insure your goods for an extra $10.00. Australia Post would then insure the goods to the value of $200, including postage. Please note that if you do not insure your goods, the risk of loss/damage passes to you upon our delivery to Australia Post.
